Studio apartment on the second floor without an elevator, recently renovated, consisting of a single room with a kitchen complete with appliances, a foldaway double bed, sofa, air conditioning, TV and bathroom with shower. Strategic location both by car and on foot. The house is very close to the centre and a 10-minute walk from the first beach, Cala Petrolo, and its promenade, Spiaggia Playa 20/30 m, also on foot. The house has numerous amenities: an excellent washing machine, an excellent dishwasher, a clothesline, air conditioning, and much more. Public street parking and then walking access to all the restaurants, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. "Terra Mare" is really convenient for enjoying the nightlife and having fun.
