Strategic location both by car and on foot. The house is very close to the centre and a 10-minute walk from the first beach, Cala Petrolo, and its promenade, Spiaggia Playa 20/30 m, also on foot. The house has numerous amenities: an excellent washing machine, an excellent dishwasher, a clothesline, air conditioning, and much more. Public street parking and then walking access to all the restaurants, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. "Terra Mare" is really convenient for enjoying the nightlife and having fun.

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.
