in the district Hüsingen in the middle of the village, next to the old village well, stands our stylishly converted farmhouse dating from 1788, situated next to a horse paddock, not far from the forest. The attic is an oasis of peace. A large wild garden with apple trees belongs to the property and can be used for a romantic campfire, depending on the season. S-Bahn connection can be reached in 5 min by car. A baby cot can be added, children must be very careful with the steps.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Our beautiful apartment has a living area of 45 sqm and is located in a great panoramic location on the hillside in Lörrach/Hauingen. Everything has been furnished with attention to detail and care. From here, the Black Forest, France and Switzerland are just a stone's throw away. With the KONUS guest card, you can travel by bus and train for free. Tourist tax with added value. This costs €0.80 per person/day and must be paid separately on site.

Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

The bus stop for the ride to Feldberg or the S-Bahn station for a ride to Lörrach and Basel are within walking distance. Also within walking distance are the various grocery stores, health food stores, restaurants and venues. The apartment itself has beautiful views in all directions.

Beautiful, quiet apartment with patio and shared garden, with private entrance. Located quietly but quite centrally. It is only a 7-minute walk to S-Bahn 6 to Basel, and 150 m to the nearest supermarket. Downtown Schopfheim is approx. 1 km. If you feel comfortable in a medieval small town with beautiful shops and restaurants, and want to visit Basel and the Black Forest, you are in good hands here. The Wiese river is 100 m to the west.
