This great place to stay with a sauna is located on a beautifully landscaped and fenced property in the middle of Oerlenbach but in a very quiet location. Our accommodations are wonderfully suited for families or groups of several people. The houses Paulchen and Charlie can each accommodate up to 4 people. The tiny houses are beautifully furnished with a lot of love for detail. Each of the houses has 2 double beds, and the Buddy house also has a sofa bed, which is very comfortable.

In the attic apartment there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The center of the apartment is a spacious living room with an open kitchen. In addition to a dishwasher, stove and microwave, you will find everything you need. Under the old walnut tree you can relax in peace even on hot summer days. A dining and barbecue area is available for use.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Rothhäuser Mühle (Korbhaus) in Bavaria/Lower Franconia

On the first floor is the apartment "Korbhaus." On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

Stay in the middle of a farm community in an old mill and enjoy the idyll and nature that surrounds us. During a tour, many things can be discovered: the old mill and weir facilities, fields for vegetable cultivation, our small summer mill cafe (open on Sunday) and not least our chickens. Our small hideaway is a renovated duplex architect's house from 1964 with an open gallery, freestanding bathtub, Swedish stove, large wooden terrace and wonderfully green garden. It is equipped with furniture made of natural materials, selected vintage pieces and ceramics. Our focus is on slow living and eco travel. The lake house is an owner-managed accommodation with a lot of love for detail.

Welcome to our holiday apartment Kornspitz! The inviting apartment in a former bakery house is cozy and spacious. You can spend a nice vacation or work in peace on approximately 50 m². In the small, cozy bedroom "Kornspitzboden", there is a 160x200cm double bed. If required, the living room can sleep two more persons separately. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom has a bathtub.
