Entire house. The art house is a pretty little house located in Viareggio in the ancient dock district, a short walk from the sea and the marina, very close to free parking. Exit the house and walk around the corner you are in front of the majestic yachts docked in front of you and in the background the scenery of the Apuan Alps. Sea and mountain meet in Viareggio, the pearl of Versilia. The house overlooks the shared courtyard with the hosts' home.

Frantoio: remodeled ancient olive oil mill

Frantoio is a charming portion of a Tuscan cot located in Orbicciano, half way between Lucca and Versilia. It used to be the olive oil mill of the 17th century farm it is part of. The house is located on top of a hill with olive trees, cypress, vineyards and lavender all around. In an old body of a magnificient estate, the house offers the possibility of a relaxing vacation in the peace and silence of luxirant countryside.

It is 1.5 km from the parking lot of the village of Metato, this last stretch is a narrow and steep path accessible with small 4WD cars, the owner can put at your disposal a Fiat Panda, to be used exclusively from the parking lot to the house.
