Rilassati con tutta la famiglia Passa delle serate fuori nella tranquillità e nel fresco per cene o grigliate per staccare un po’ dalla città e lavoro. All interno della casa ci sono le scale per salire nella zona notte e 5 scalini per andare nella cucina… per chi ha bambini piccoli se lo dite per tempo cercheremo cancelli per mettere tutto in sicurezza e possibilità di lettino da campeggio. Inoltre abbiamo 1 soggiorno piccolo con camino e 1 più grande con possibilità di aggiungere una brandina

Potrete trascorrere un bellissimo soggiorno, godendo di tutti i confort e soprattutto godervi il giardino molto curato e la piscina. In pochissimo tempo potete raggiungere le bellissime città di Lucca e Pisa .

Nelle vicinanze troverete ristoranti, enoteche, alimentari e inoltre potrete visitare la splendida Certosa di Calci. Dista 10 minuti da Pisa, 20 da Lucca , 1 ora da Firenze e 20 minuti dalle spiagge della costa Tirrenica.

My accommodation is located in Massarosa, 10 minutes drive from Viareggio 20 from Lucca and 30 from Pisa, nearby you can find beautiful panoramic views, the beaches of Versilia, Lake Massaciuccoli, Piazza dei miracoli in Pisa with the leaning tower , the fabulous Apuan Alps, the Pucciniano theater, Pietrasanta art city etc.I will like my accommodation for these reasons: tranquility. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families.

Die Villa liegt in malerischer ALLEINLAGE mit grandiosen Blicken in einem großen Garten, 25 Minuten vom Flughafen Pisa entfernt, 5 Minuten von der Ausfahrt Massarosa A 11. Die Villa ist das individuelle Refugium unserer Familie, das wir viel nutzen. Wir freuen uns, unseren Lieblingsort seit dem Frühjahr 2019 auch Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Villa bietet bequem Platz für 10 Personen, ca. 450 qm.

Borgometato - Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
