Wir bewohnen die unteren beiden Etagen. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick auf den Schwarzwald. Sie ist für 2-5 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Max. 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder nach Abstimmung. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert(Upcycling). Unser Haus ist „relativ“ CO2 neutral(Photovoltaik u. Wärmepumpe). Waipu TV Stick.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. Thank you for your interest in my apartment. I would be very happy to welcome you to our nuclear-renovated Black Forest House from 1894. The approximately 50 sqm attic apartment with living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely furnished with oak parquet or old plank floor. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and spa park. Walking trails, gastronomy, thermal bath and shops are within walking distance.
