We have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former holiday settlement and offers a lot of privacy.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. Der frühere Heuboden über dem Pferdestall wurde zu einem großzügigen, modernen Loft-Apartment umgebaut. Unsere grüne Oase bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Hügellandschaft des Steigerwaldes, in der man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wer die Nähe zur Natur und den Tieren sucht ist bei uns genau richtig.
