Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine town of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. Better drink the last glass of wine upstairs! Bakery, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, train station all within walking distance.

This unique, stylishly renovated, bright loft apartment in the monument, for 2-4 people (about 75 sqm), overlooking the castle, is located in the heart of Wiesentheid, in the middle of Mainfranken. In addition to the open kitchen-living-dining area, it has a small bedroom and a large bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped and has large built-in closets. An external terrace is a quiet retreat, with a shady space, in summer. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.
