Cozy holiday by the sea in a large and centrally located house with large terrace and garden. You get the sea in the backyard with only 150 meters to the beach, 250 meters to the marina and 200 meters to the city center with shops, restaurants, bars and playgrounds, etc. The house is well equipped with 8 beds. For additional needs, guests can use 1 extra bedroom with double bed by appointment. The apartment has a large garden and terrace. It is possible to set up a tent or caravan on the property, by prior arrangement.

About 400 meter down from the main house you find a cosy and minimalistic summer cottage, built in 1950 located just 50 meter from the sea. All the way in-between the two houses you have forest and nature all around you! A perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet immerse yourself in nature's grand playground.

Lovely cottage close to beach and town

For the family who wants to be close to everything. The centrally located cottage has a fantastic view of Kattegat, and a short distance to shopping and restaurants etc. With 3 rooms and a large bathroom you can be up to 6 people in the house. The large bathroom has space for a wheelchair for shower and toilet visits. Only 110 meters down the closed road is the lovely child-friendly beach. Here are small waves, shallow water. & 20 m. to a Water park.
