Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backgrounds in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city centre of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

It is the ideal base to discover the historical,architectural and gastronomic riches of Burgundy. The house is located about 30 minutes east of Chablis and 15 minutes from Les Riceys and about 1 hour from Auxerre, Dijon and Troyes. We are between Cremant and Champagne. Itis also a little more than 4 hours by car from Calais and 5 hours from Provence,ideal for a stopover. You can enjoy a few steps from Lake Marcenay,the conservatory of birds and hikes.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

Your little home

As a couple, with friends, family or on the go, our cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been fully renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The courtyard allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our cottage will change your scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.
