Beautiful Moroccan feel to this unique and comfortable studio space ,which is set in the small , lush ,creative ,food plentiful garden of the main house ,which was a 1850's haberdashery. Situated right in the centre of the Milton township and easy walking of restaurants and shopping .Great beaches and walks to discover are only a 10 min drive .Please note that the walkway is a little uneven and could be a problem for people with mobility issues. The Studio Retreat

A calm, stylish retreat overlooking the lake, bush track to headland and two secluded beaches. Stroll south to excellent bakery, cafe or fish n chips, float gently up the inlet with the tide. Swim, SUP, surf, kayak, bike, fish, shop, sleep. Head north to Bogey Hole, Narrawallee inlet, explore Ulladulla or Milton. A headland sunrise & dip, climb Pigeon House, explore vineyard, siesta, cards, board games, sunset on deck, local wine, antipasto, BBQ or wine bars, music, restaurants.

Sunset Dreaming Manyana Beach

Arguably the best block in Manyana! Enjoy 120 degrees of ocean views, overlooking Manyana Beach and Green Island. Watch the whales and dolphins play whilst the ocean breeze blows through your hair. During the cooler months, remain warm and cozzy by the fire place whilst still enjoying the view. The house features 4 bedrooms, an open plan living area with a neat kitchen and bathroom. Manyana Beach is a stone throw away, or take a short drive to Inyadda Beach, Bendalong or Berringer Lake.

Dee Beach House

Dee Beach House is nestled within 'Conjola National Park' with two incredible beaches just a short stroll away (150 m). This modern pavilion style architecturally designed beach house is a dream. Light and bright open plan living area opening onto a north facing sunny deck. Cosy in winter, with wonderful slow combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit set within our landscaped native garden. Linen and bath towels are provided. Everything you need for a wonderful relaxing stay.

There is a myriad of water sports or simply do nothing but absorb the tranquility, peacefullness and quietness that Lake's Folly has to offer.

The Shack - walk to beach, lake, and cafe

Quintessential 1950's beach shack. Walk to the beach, lake, National Park, and local cafe. One queen bed, and 2 king singles, new kitchen and bathroom, air con, wood fire, BBQ and a large fenced garden. Park the car and walk everywhere. Paradise for outdoor enthusiasts...go boating, swimming, diving, surfing, bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, bushwalking. Kangaroos visit the house, kids ride their bikes on the streets. Perfect for couples and small families.

Funky cabin by the beach

The large living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, table with chairs, lounge/TV area, electric piano, a closet, and a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single on the top. The private bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The cabin is on the property of our grandparents’ house, which is sometimes occupied by family or rented out on Airbnb. The garden and barbecue area are therefore shared.

It has everything you need for your next luxury beachside holiday - the only thing missing, is you! ALL BED LINEN IS SUPPLIED AND BEDS MADE UP FOR YOUR ARRIVAL. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK. Pa's Place

Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
