It is located in a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 100 meters from a beautiful bathing jetty, the lake landscape thus right on the doorstep. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800m you are at the harbor with swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rental.

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Lake Plau is within walking distance, as are various shopping and leisure activities in the sweet old town of Plau am See.

On the former orchard, where rabbit and deer sometimes meet, we would like to welcome our peace-seeking and nature-seeking guests. The surrounding Mecklenburg Lake District invites you to explore: cycling, visiting castles, music festivals from classical to fusion, lakes invite you to swim, fish and canoe...

Quiet apartment in Malchow

We rent a cozy 40 sqm apartment on the western outskirts of Malchow (Meckl.). It is an ideal base for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District. For this purpose, two 28-inch bicycles with coaster brakes are also available if needed. Shopping and sports facilities, a cinema and a swimming area are 300 meters away. There is currently still a daily tourist tax of 1.50/2.00 euros per person.
