The apartment is located on our property and was completed in 2003 (partially renovated in 2020). It is divided into kitchen, shower room, living room and bedroom. The bungalow has a size of 40 square meters. From the centrally located kitchen, they go directly to the living room and bedroom as well as to the bathroom. In front of the bungalow, in the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a cozy gazebo with seating, which invites you to linger, extensive breakfast outdoors and barbecue evenings.

50 meters from the lake with a great courtyard

The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

The apartment is located in a converted barn with restored beams, which make up the special charm. It is located on the Mecklenburg Lake District and is ideal for hiking, fishing, swimming, cycling and boating. Nearby are the fish restaurant "Zur Forelle," a country inn, a fast food restaurant and a café. The surrounding cities, many museums and the monkey and bear forest are within easy reach. The apartment is suitable for couples, globetrotters and business travelers.

It sleeps max. 5 people, better with upto 4. 1 bedroom with queen-bed , 1 bathroom with toilette + shower 1 livingroom with 2 daybeds as well as kitchenette with freezer, electric cooker, toaster, waterboiler, coffeemachine, satellite-TV, radio. The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Quiet apartment in Malchow

We rent a cozy 40 sqm apartment on the western outskirts of Malchow (Meckl.). It is an ideal base for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District. For this purpose, two 28-inch bicycles with coaster brakes are also available if needed. Shopping and sports facilities, a cinema and a swimming area are 300 meters away. There is currently still a daily tourist tax of 1.50/2.00 euros per person.
