The apartment is directly reachable via the staircase from the outside, has a parking space, storage space for bicycles or motorcycles. In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.
