Only 5 miles from the coast, it is well positioned for access to spectacular sandy beaches and beautiful countryside. The picturesque market town of Newcastle Emlyn with local amenities, antiques, pubs and cafes is 10 mins away. Relax in the tranquility, the very private heated pool or the beautiful countryside. Pets are very welcome.

Stabl Y Felin - a unique, eco stable conversion

Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. A peaceful, rustic, village getaway in the hills, 4 miles from the coast.

Feel relaxed as soon as you enter the light filled old post office, fully renovated with open plan lounge with dinning area and wood burning stove, separate bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, power shower and separate loo. There is access to your own private garden from the lounge which is fully fenced for dog safety your own private parking to the side of the cottage.

Our place is a self-contained studio flat on the edge of a little town. There is an excellent vegetarian cafe and health food shop 2+ minutes walk away. The town itself is bustling but relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. The river and castle are ten minutes walk away. The area is rich for places of outstanding natural beauty Our house is three hundred years old and has a lot of history. It stands just above the town and has some beautiful views over the valley. Open plan living area and kitchen are situated upstairs, to take advantage of the glorious views. The living area leads out to a decked balcony which overlooks the Afon Hawen Valley.
