Bedroom is located on the first floor of the 19th century house, it has a newly renovated American-style kitchen and the garden where you can breathe peace and quiet with the sound of birds and a stone fountain. The house located in the heart of Colonia de Prensa, a quiet and residential area of Carabanchel. Rooms in a large luxury villa near Madrid

Up to 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms and lock on door. Our house where we live too is a spectacular and very large villa with a huge garden. It is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to get away from the city yet visit Madrid easily and return to peace and nature. The biggest attractions are the private pool, the bbq and private parking. The area is affluent in a very quiet and leafy neighbourhood. It's important to come with a car.
