The rent is for the whole property. The apartment is located in the third floor (building has an elevator / lift) of a historic building of 1850 which has been completely restored recently, The property was selected by the prestigious magazine AD Arquitectural Digest (Spanish edition) for a web article about it's impeccably original style published on 2nd August 2017. It has a large living room with two balconies, sofa; dining table up to six people; coffee table; flat screen TV, DVD-Blue Ray player and Cable TV; The first bedroom has a balcony, PC working area, ceiling fan, Smart TV (Cable TV and Netflix) and a complete private bathroom with Shower Panel System with heavy rain shower and spray wand ; Garden furniture set in the balcony Second bedroom is a very cozy interior room with Smart TV (Cable TV and Netflix) and ceiling fan. The apartment has a second sized bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom has twin beds 90 cm x 180 cm The second bedroom has a double bed (1,40 m x 1,80 m) The sofa can turn into a single bed in case that five people occupy the house. Minimum stay during is three nights except on special dates. You will use the whole property The owners live in the very same building in a different apartment therefore you will enjoy your stay with all the privacy but we will be close just in case you need any help. One of us works in the tourism industry so we are really willing to help you with your plans around the city. The apartment is in the historical district of Los Austrias, on a small pedestrian street leading to Plaza Mayor. Cobblestone streets and beautiful gardens are in the area along with the main attractions of the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral. The apartment is very conveniently located in the middle of the main attractions in town. Plaza Mayor is just three steps from the apartment. So is the famous Mercado de San Miguel (the most renowned gastronomical market of Madrid). On a walking distance you can reach Puerta del Sol (5 min.), Opera Square (5 min.), The Royal Palace and the Cathedral of la Almudena are just at a 10 minute walk. The popular gastronomic market of San Miguel is about one minute walking. The pulsating neighborhood of La Latina and it's famous flea market of Sundays is only at a 10 minute walk from the property. The gay quartier of Chueca is at a 15 minute walk. Museo del Prado and Museo Thyssen Bornemizsa are at a 20 minute walk.

The building has been recently renovated and equipped with the latest safety and comfort systems. The apartment opens as tourist accommodation and offers all the comforts and the most modern air conditioning systems. It is spacious, very bright, quiet and located in an exclusive building. All its operation is programmed by home automation and has a double heating system, underfloor heating or cold/hot air. It has a concierge 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Its decoration combines the vintage atmosphere, with a very modern style and a minimalist touch. 100 m² It consists of two double bedrooms, both en suite with full bathrooms. The main one with double bed XXL, dressing room and balcony. The second with two single beds. Full kitchen with dining area, incorporated into the living room that has another balcony. Floor 1 (no elevator) This is a very stylish, full of natural light with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in between 2 of Madrid's trendiest areas, La Latina and Lavapies. It also next to El Retiro park, Reina Sofia and El Prado museums- all of which are a "must" in Madrid. Lavapies and La Latina are the up and coming neighbourhoods in the heart of Madrid, with plenty of restaurants, cultural events and unique atmosphere. As I said, I just refurbished the whole space and it is all new at the moment. I think it is a great place to enjoy when vsiting Madrid. At Home in Madrid, Trendy Neighborhood, Sanitized

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

A few meters from the famous Madrid Vertebra, the apartment allows you to walk to much of the cultural and leisure areas of the capital.
