Delightful villa in the countryside, typical Stazzo Gallurese, surrounded by nature just 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches of PortoPollo and 10 minutes from the village of Palau. The house, surrounded by large land with lush garden, has a spacious equipped veranda, equipped with barbecue, sink and outdoor shower, large living room with TV and sofa, living kitchen, two bedrooms, a double and the second with two single beds and bathroom with shower. Bed/bath linens not provided.

The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.
