Beautiful flat on the beach. Inserted in a small seaside residence, unique in its kind. Maison Monte d'A Rena overlooks the beach of the same name (Cala Monte d'Arena) about 10 meters from the shoreline. The flat is composed of two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. The peculiarity is that each room has direct access to the outside, for a romantic getaway by the sea without the other guests noticing. One room has an en suite bathroom. Nice small but well-furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the gulf above Porto Cervo, 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Furnished with everything: dishes, electric oven and microwave, in case of need for a change of linen (towels) the price will be €25.
