The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Located at the edge of Lyon 6th, the apartment is very well located. It deserves 2 subway lines (A and B), 2 tram lines (1 and 4) with direct access to downtown (3 subway stops), Part Dieu train station (1 subway stop or 10mins walk), Congress center or the university campus La Doua (2 tram stops). Apartment with 1 room with a large bed, couch and equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a balcony. You will enjoy comfort for your touristic or work related stay.

Central apartment, ideally located 500 m from Place Bellecour, and 800 m from Vieux Lyon 3 rooms in perfect condition on the top floor of a 7-story building with elevator and a fabulous view of the Rhône, the Hôtel-Dieu and the Basilica of Fourvière. Very nice 15 m2 terrace No need for a car, all public transport is close to the accommodation, tram, metro, public bike. Shops nearby, Lyonnais bouchons, bar-barges on the quays, walks along the Rhône.

Cozy nest perched / old town / view of Lyon

The countryside in the city. Just a 10-minute walk from the Town Hall, perched on the heights of Old Lyon, our house is a jewel of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It has beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available free of charge. But be careful, the most direct access to the city is only via the stairs in St Paul (see photo).
