The loft in the 360-degree country house has a panoramic view of Lake Constance, mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment has two balconies: one overlooks meadows to the lake and Säntis, the other overlooks our swimming pond on meadows and trees. The loft is a one-room apartment with a sleeping area, a kitchen and a dining area overlooking the pond and meadows, a living and working area overlooking the Säntis. In the middle is a bathroom with a large bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.

Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

Throughout the year you can hear the birds chirping and singing. For your relaxation, there is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a large living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and direct access to the garden with a nice seating area.
