Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

One double bedroom, another room with bunk bed and a living room with pull-out sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
