There are several beautiful view terraces. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there are bedrooms with stunning views. In the garden there is an annex with 2 beds. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

If you like to play, there are various board games, badminton, ladder golf, kings' games, etc. There is a rich wildlife in and around the garden where there are often visits by deer, squirrels, hares and owls.

Insulated house so winter stays are also comfortable in front of the fireplace. There is air and plenty of space for the family and friends who will take good care of the house.

Go to one of Denmark's nicest sandy beaches (600 m from the house) and rinse off under the outdoor shower when you get home or take a nap in the hammock. For families with children, there is a campfire area, tennis, various outdoor games and board games. The house is fully renovated at the beginning of July 2025.

Welcome to Sejrø Bay. Our cozy summer house is located in a beautiful woodland area on a large natural plot, close to Tengslemark Beach. It’s a truly unique holiday home. The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Lejligheden på 1. sal består af: en stor og lys stue med komfortable møbler, herunder en sovesofa til 1 voksen eller 2 børn, en fin spiseplads med smuk udsigt til vores have, et fuldt udstyret køkken, 1 soveværelse, badeværelse, balkon, egen indgang og privat parkering. Derudover tilhørende soveværelse i stueplan med plads til 2 personer.
