In addition to the fact that the house is close to the water with a beach 60 meters away, the property borders the forest and the nature reserve Ormberget-Hertsölandet. There are trails that run for miles! In winter, the sea freezes and you can ski out and round the nearby islands or hike with snowshoeing in the forest on the frozen marshes. Family-friendly urban house by the water

Urban one-storey villa with water views. The house has three bedrooms, an extra room, a large living room with fireplace and kitchen and dining area with space for 8 people. There are two toilets, laundry room, sauna, bathtub and showers. There are outdoor patios with dining tables on both the front and back. Gas grill and wood-burning stove. A trampoline and swings are next to the house as well as green areas, Luleå's best playground is only 100m away. Walking to the center of town takes about 20 minutes. Parking is available.

Welcome to our newly built house in Dalbo, Luleå, a family-friendly area close to nature and only 12 minutes from Luleå city. The house has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. Living room, lounge, fireplace, two bathrooms, sauna, inside jacuzzi, washing machine and dryer. Desk and computer monitor. Behind the house is a playground, and only 5 minutes away is Ormberget, with great cross-country skiing trails and a small slope for downhill skiing.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Charming house with terass, near the nature, sea

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.

Welcome to Fisherman`s Cottage by the Luleå Bay in beautiful woods with a private beach. 12 km from Town Center, 4 km from Luleå Airport and 100 Km south of the arctic circle. Location in a habitat visited by some forty bird species which 15 regularly breeding, e.g. European Hobby, raven, various woodpeckers, terns, waterfowl and sandpiper. Occasionall visits by moose, seal, trout - and we have even had bear and reindeer in front of our cottages.
