Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Due to the spacious property, the children have plenty of space to play. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route to the beach is only 100 meters away. It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. We are located in a single-family housing estate on the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Our lovingly furnished thatched semi-detached house is located in Neuendorf-Heide, a small village on the Saaler Bodden between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund. The former farmhouse, built in 1850, offers 125 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of land for 5 people. The 3 floors of the cottage and the 3 shared gardens offer space for togetherness, but also retreats to relax. A day at the beach ends with the joy of a cozy home.
