This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Private Annexe. Rural, peaceful and dog friendly

This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.
