Loveland Farm is a 26-acre farm located one mile out of beautiful historical downtown Loveland, OH less than 2 miles from the Loveland bike trail. This Sears and Roebuck’s Craftsman home is a cozy 2-story 7-room farmhouse with 3 bedrooms & full unfinished basement. The 1st floor has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace a bedroom w/ a queen size bed, the only bathroom on the 1st floor. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms one with twin beds and 1 master bedroom with a queen bed.
