Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Sleep well. Enjoy the most beautiful enclosed garden.

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

The cottage is located right down the water's edge on a 6000 sqm nature plot and offers direct access to the beach. Here you can start the day with a dip in the sea, enjoy a warm stay in the wilderness bath, and end the day in the sauna with panoramic views of the water – all part of the house's large spa area that invites for pure relaxation.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

The house is conveniently located next to the road that leads to the cozy harbour village of Lundeborg. In just a 4 minute car ride you reach the harbour and the sandy beach of Lundeborg, a great spot to swim. If you’re looking for Danish ‘hygge’ and a down-to-earth place close to nature, with the forest as your backyard, you are more than welcome here!

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Cozy apartment with sea view in Lohals

Lille hyggelig lejlighed i Lohals. Trænger du til at slappe af sammen med din bedre halvdel eller en god ven/veninde i skønne omgivelser med fantastisk udsigt over vandet, 150 m til nærmeste badested og tæt på strand og skov, så er denne skønne perle et godt bud. Her er restauranter med lækker mad, Brugsen og bageren ligger i gå-afstand og her er mange seværdigheder i nærheden. I sommermånederne er der hver weekend musik på havnen + loppemarked hver tirsdag. WATERFRONT APARTMENT, BEATYFULLY LOCATED – CLOSE TO ODENSE CENTER - Free parking and bikes available. Located above the ground floor and is done in a personalized scandinavian style with calm colors and a lot of light. Private entrance from a staircase/balcony, view to forest and water. The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

Large summer house with its own beach

Large cottage. 290 sqm large house with park-like garden and private 350 m grass path to the beach. Large kitchen and living room, pantry, laundry room, etc., 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms. Facilities include: Billiards in the henhouse, grand piano, toys, espresso machine and a huge garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests are responsible for their own final cleaning. Electricity consumption is charged at DKK 2.30/kWh (about DKK 40-50 per day for normal consumption).

Strandhuset

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little seaside hotel. Good, new beds, down comforters, air dried cotton linens, good soaps, the best linen. Pretty much all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, almost 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, it has its quirks, maybe a small bump. It's a house that's lived in.

Værelset er med eget badeværelse og køkken. Der er egen indgang og parkering. Passer godt til en overnatning eller to, når man er på farten. Ikke et sommerhus. Lejer kan tjekke ind uden vært.
