The apartment has two floors, on the ground floor as well as the living room we find the direct exit to the public beach. Completely renovated with high-end furnishings. Private parking included in the price. Locarno and Ascona can be reached in 15 minutes, and Bellinzona in 20 minutes. In 5 minutes on foot, you will find bars, restaurants, public baths, and a tennis court. P.S. above the bed there is an ancient bread oven☺️

- Original left Ticino Alp as my ancestors used it for Sömmerung & Hay. Only within walking distance in about 1 hour from private road (token CHF 20.- per driveway, parking included) or 2.5 hours from Intragna train station. - Drinking water & toilet outside (plastic barrel without water flush). - No electricity but cell phone reception ok - Collect wood for cooking in the forest and provide it for successors. - In accordance with simplicity, the house must be cleaned by the guests themselves!👌
