A balcony and several terraces offer the opportunity to relax outdoors. A swimming pool is also available during summer months.

There is also a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the view over the Lago Maggiore and the mountains. The building has an indoor pool and a free parking space.

Located at the end of an 80-step staircase (see pictures - fitness program included :-)), you have an unobstructed view of nature, the lake and Ascona from every room, pool and garden seating area. The house is rented to a maximum of 4 adults and up to 3 children. Pool season from May - September.
