Wonderful views of Locarno and Ascona! Parking is subject to a fee, from 7 am to 7 pm, cost: 1 hour CHF 0.80, Sundays & holidays free. Longer stays are also possible. Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.

The studio has a separate entrance, a private bathroom and small kitchen, as well as a private terrace. The covered balcony with the great view can be shared and invites you in summer as well as in winter, day and night.

Beautifully renovated studio in an old-town house from the 18th century. It is tastefully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located 50 steps from the world famous Piazza Grande in the historic centre of Locarno. Everything is close by, however, due to its location, the studio is very quiet.

A spacious terrace showcases a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and lake. The sun casts crisp shadows across the tiled floor, and a protective awning provides shade. The railing design features wooden panels, enhancing the terrace's inviting atmosphere.
