Newly built and well-planned Attefall house of 30 sqm. The area is quiet and green, with outdoor areas nearby. The house is brand new and has its own entrance from a shared car park with a hallway, combined living room/kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom and a large loft. The fully equipped kitchen has a combined oven/microwave, a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The bathroom is spacious with a washer/dryer. The separate bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a wardrobe. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses and has a low ceiling.

Welcome to stay in our nice house in Älta, 150 sqm. The house has a large garden with a patio, both in the front and back. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with about 300 meters to the forest. The house is perfect for families with children or guests who like to cycle, hike and run in nature. Staying in Älta is also perfect for those who like city life, as you can also reach the city center, Södermalm/Slussen in 20 minutes by bus. The bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk from the house. Welcome

Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.
