Newly-built private house in a high position with terrace, 2 minutes to the bus (15 minutes to Gullmarsplan, 20 minutes to Slussen Stockholm city). Parking is included. Dishwasher and washing machine. 5 minutes to the swimming lake, 15 minutes to the nature reserve. 2 minutes to grocery store open every day 8 am - 10 pm. 2 bikes are included. In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm Central Station, you will find this cozy cottage. A ten-minute walk will take you to Trångsund's center with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaner, shoemaker and simple restaurants. In the same amount of time, you can walk to the nearest swimming area or the popular café and restaurant Villa Printz. The cottage is located right on the edge of the forest, next to a hiking trail. From here, you can hear woodpeckers and other birds and at dawn, both foxes and deer and hares often pass by.

Newly-built mini villa with a luxurious feel in scenic areas. Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently undergoing repairs. Available from 20/5.

Welcome to stay in our nice house in Älta, 150 sqm. The house has a large garden with a patio, both in the front and back. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with about 300 meters to the forest. The house is perfect for families with children or guests who like to cycle, hike and run in nature. Staying in Älta is also perfect for those who like city life, as you can also reach the city center, Södermalm/Slussen in 20 minutes by bus. The bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk from the house. Welcome

Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Nybyggd och välplanerad Attefallhus på 30kvm2. Området är lugnt och grönt med närhet till friluftsområden. Huset är helt nybyggt och har en egen ingång från en delad parkering med hall, kombinerat vardagsrum/kök, badrum, ett sovrum och ett stort loft. Det fullt utrustade köket har en kombinerad ugn/mikrovågsugn, stor kyl/frys, diskmaskin. Badrummet är rymligt med tvätt/torkmaskin. Det separata sovrummet har en 160 cm säng och garderob. Loften har två 90 cm madrasser och är lågt i tak.

With eagles and deer outside the window, you relax from the inside out. Simply a unique place.

The perfect solution if you want to be able to enjoy the fresh air, and at the same time be close to the city. NOTE: If you have difficulty moving around, walking on crutches, this accommodation is NOT suitable. Many stairs. SMOKERS ARE PROHIBITED FROM STAYING HERE! Welcome!

After all sorts of adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or skating trip on the lake, or a swing into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility.
