The place includes the cute and easygoing cat Jet. She has her own cat door and can go in and out whenever she wants. So there's no need for a litter box. This cozy and sunny cottage in Bakkum is on the edge of the dunes and the forest. Within walking distance are several eateries. In 10 minutes by bike you can reach Castricum by the sea with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have a private entrance with a small garden and a seat. Parking is available on your own property or parking across the street. Sleeping area is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
