Newly opened in February 2025, the apartment offers high ceilings and modern comfort.

Nearby you will find all the shops for everyday needs and some restaurants.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. By bus and train, the connection to Frankfurt, Hanau, Gießen or Friedberg is within 90 - 120 minutes, by car within about 20-40 minutes. The A45 motorway is about 5 minutes away.

Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and associated with visiting surrounding attractions. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hikers will find numerous hiking trails.
