In 5 minutes, you can reach the harbor with a fantastic sandy beach, jetty, kiosk, fish smokehouse, sailing school, etc. In 20 minutes, you can reach Helsingborg.

If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Five minutes walking distance to both shop and pizzeria. 7 mins from the E6 freeway. About 1 mile to the nearest town, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.
