The large balcony is south-facing and from here you can enjoy stunning views of the Baltic Sea and the passing ship traffic. There are numerous cafes and restaurants just steps from the apartment. Not far from the Fürstenhof begins the Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with numerous hiking trails through the wonderful nature reserve.

Spend your holiday in our cozy apartment in the countryside. Situated between Sassnitz and Binz. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away by car, as well as a show bakery that leaves nothing to be desired for breakfast in the morning. Free parking is included in the apartment and is right outside the door. Relaxation and recreation are available on the large terrace for private use with a barbecue, garden furniture and a clothes dryer.

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

And yes, it's true, we want to make money, but only with your smile.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
