Close to the historic center, reachable on foot or Metromare, which connects the Rimini train station to Riccione. Availability of bicycles also equipped with child seats for the transport of even the little ones. Here a holiday even without a car.

Fully equipped open space kitchen/living room, sofa bed, dining table. Double changes of linen for bedroom and bathroom. Fenced bike parking. Central location, access to all local attractions, cycle-pedestrian area, market, pharmacy, shop, bicycle (provided) bus and Metromare to get around without using the car.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato completamente e inaugurato l'1 Giugno 2017. Si trova al quarto piano di un condominio dal quale si gode di ottima vista. Illuminato per la maggior parte del giorno e fresco grazie alla presenza di numerosi pini marittimi che sono un vero e proprio polmone. Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!

I love this apartment! It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a very big shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is perfect to chill out and to make conversations. Last but not least, there is a liveable and sea-view balcony! The apartment has a private garage. Wi-Fi. Netflix.
