Just 100 meters from the beautiful Diemelsee is our great vacation home in a beautiful secluded location. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

The apartment in the countryside

We are located in the countryside and offer plenty of space. At night, you can hear the owls in the forest. In winter it snows here, while in Paderborn it only rains. By e-bike, you can reach Paderborn in 45 minutes or excursion restaurants in Haxtergrund in 30 minutes. You can drive or walk for miles through the fields. Four golf courses are close by. The south balcony offers great views and the bedroom is pleasantly cool in summer.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On 70 square meters with a large south-facing balcony and views of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!

Come out into nature and to the origin - enjoy the elements of fire, water, air and earth nestled in our artistically self-built sauna house. Puristically simple and yet everything you need. Wonderful views and meals on the terrace, hot sauna infusions and a restful night in the soft double bed. Edge of the forest location lined by native Sauerland trees in a historic setting with a nature-loving dynamic family.

A former private swimming pool – now an extraordinary Bauhaus-style design loft. 60 m² of living space and about 45 m² of terrace with lounge and barbecue offer peace and quiet right next to the greenery. Ideal for couples, business travelers, and design and architecture lovers. Outdoor cameras are provided to protect the property. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but it is allowed on the terrace.

Vacation home in the countryside

Welcome to our farm surrounded by nature. Our apartment offers a special charm in an old wall, but is in new condition inside. Everything is furnished in a cozy country house style. A kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini oven, contact grill, fridge, coffee maker and kettle offers everything you need. Linens, towels, etc. are provided. Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.

Uni - Small apartment with terrace

The small apartment with private access is located directly on the university campus. You will stay with views of the countryside and can sit comfortably on the terrace. Bus stop and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The city center is about 1 km away. Free parking is available on the street. A bicycle can be rented on request for a small fee.
