Modern self contained annex (own entrance), fabulous views of the sea & South Downs National Park. Ovingdean is a 15 minute walk to the beach, regular buses into Brighton. 10 mins by car. The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

Self-contained annex - private entrance/hall leading to kitchen/living area, bedroom with en-suite shower room. At the front of the house, its comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway in Saltdean, which is a 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky TV…annex is within the house so there may be minimal daytime noise (nighttime foxes!). I work but am available outside of work hrs if/when needed. Adjacent to the South Downs National park, with a pub/restaurant close by and easy access to Lewes and Brighton. Bear in mind we aren't served by good public transport. The 'Garden Studio' is good for couples, walkers, riders and cyclists. Set in glorious countryside with virtually no light pollution, come and enjoy the buzzards by day and the stars by night.

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow, nestled in Portslade village, overlooking the park. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples, who need only one bed. We welcome all couples of every gender combination. The area comprises of: 22m square open plan small living area with sofa, chair and TV, hanging space, Fast Wi-Fi. Kitchenette with dining table to eat. A private bathroom with shower, basin & toilet.

Semi-detached 2-bed Apartment on Kingston Ridge

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

Originally built in 1871, this converted contemporary barn annex has one en suite double bedroom, and one double sofa bed, which is in the open plan living and dining area, so we can accommodate 2 plus 2 (family friendly) It has a fully fitted kitchen. Set in a peaceful country village with a wonderful village shop, close to Lewes. We no longer provide breakfast but we do supply welcome items.
