Byt je kompletne vybavený a klimatizovaný. Priamo v objekte sa nachádza predajňa zeleniny a ovocia a predajňa s farmárskymi potravinami. V susednom objekte je lekáreň, potraviny, vinotéka, kaviareň, reštaurácia a kaderníctvo.
