We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

This spacious 48 square meter apartment can accommodate two adults and one child, ideal for a relaxing break in the picturesque region of the Allgäu. The location on the edge of the village of Urlau allows you to enjoy the tranquility and nature. At the same time, the amenities of Leutkirch are only an 8-minute drive away. The holiday park, Center Park Allgäu, is only 2 km from the holiday apartment.

A lovingly furnished lodger flat in the heart of the beautiful village of Altusried in the Allgäu. The heart of the apartment is the spacious eat-in kitchen, which is called "Stube" in the Allgäu. The kitchen is fully equipped. A bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with underfloor heating and a washing machine. The living room leads directly to the terrace and the garden. Your car is safe in the lockable single garage.

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is suitable for 2 people, possibly with a child. It is 70 m², has a large bedroom with a 140 × 200 + 90 × 200 bed. A home as unique as its history: this is the old flashing machine. Built in the late 19th century, the building was first a workshop, then an architectural office, and finally it became my home. Now a new chapter has started and you can spend your holiday in this unique accommodation in the heart of Leutkirch!
