We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Welcome to the apartment house “Alpenland“ centrally located in Seefeld. Our guests can enjoy for free the big in-house pool, the sauna area, a ski storage, the shared lounge and a private parking place as well as the playground and the large garden. The centre of Seefeld with its restaurants, shops, the casino and more are within short walking distance. You will find many promenades, hiking trails, golf courses, varied ski slopes and our world championship cross-country ski trails nearby.

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment

Leutasch is paradise for mountain biking (2 bikes available in the house) and nordic skiing as well as hiking and relaxing. The apartment of 54 m2 is located in an idyllic place, barrier-free and fully equipped to modern standards. Additionally: During the winter months, you can use the Nordic skiing tracks free of charge as long as you have the guest passes with you. During the summer months, every registered traveller can use the Alpenbad for 4 hours every day. That's an awesome deal!

May chalet - Das Barbara

In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

Holiday apartment with private entrance door, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The cross-country slope is only a couple of meters away. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. Ideal for: couples, sporty people, families with 1 child. Visitor's tax of €5/ Person/ night is not included and will be charged upon arrival.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.
