Talep halinde ilave yatak ile tek çocuklu aileler için de uygundur. Köy plajı 500 metre mesafededir; hasır şemsiyeler, iskele ve merdivenle denize giriş imkânı bulunur. Deniz serin ve berraktır, sahil taşlıdır.

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Ποδηλασία, κολύμπι ,περίπατος ,ψάρεμα ,επαφή με τη φύση μερικές από τις δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται επί του παραλιακού δρόμου Μυτιλήνης Πλωμαρίου. Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης και ένα λεπτό από τον κεντρικό εμπορικό δρόμο που οδηγεί στο κέντρο σε μια ξεκούραστη διαδρομή από και προς το σπίτι. Πολύ κοντά βρίσκεται και το κάστρο της πόλης για ξέγνοιαστη επίσης βόλτα με την οικογένεια. Σχετικά εύκολο πάρκινγκ σε μια περιοχή που υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στον κεντρικό δρόμο.
