You can make a fire in the garden, in the fire bucket in the winter. In the winter months, it heats comfortably with the floor heating system.

Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city. The bus stop and the taxi rank are 2 minutes and 5 minutes to the port on foot.
