We open a maximum of 4 rooms to our guests at the same time. All of our rooms are located on the 2nd floor and are 25 m2 in size. Each room has its own balcony and bathroom. The living room, patio and lounge areas in our garden downstairs are open for common use. Our Aegean breakfast is included in the price. We are 3 km away from the pier of Sarayhan Hotel, which is located in Sivrice Bay. We will provide detailed information about nearby restaurants and beaches. All our rooms have air conditioning.

The detached house is located in a quiet area of the village without noise where it is easily accessible and quite close to the ring road. The village of Panagiouda has everything one needs.
