Newly renovated chalet in Les Houches (a tranquil, traditional village an easy 10 mins drive/direct bus from downtown Chamonix). 10 mins walk (2 mins drive) from chalet to Les Houches center/supermarket/restaurants. Access to numerous walking trails for summer and 3 mins drive to nearest ski lift in winter. 3 bedrooms (sleeping max 8 people) it is suited to one large family or two small families. Outdoor wood fired sauna. Large garden, great for kids. Forest and mountain views. Ample parking.

Chalet familial et montagnard, au calme sur un grand terrain privé de 1100 mètres carrés , face à la chaîne du mont Blanc . Situé le long d’ un chemin privé et calme, sur la piste cyclable qui vous emmène à Chamonix en quelques minutes en vélo. Immense terrasse ensoleillée au pied des glacier et des sommets enneigés. Jardin fleuri et arboré, tondu et entretenu régulièrement. Grand parking pour 4/5 voitures et terrain entièrement clos . Chiens acceptés. Service de navettes à 100 mètres.

Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. April 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.
