Feel the tranquility of this peaceful farmhouse with panoramic views of the fjord and the beautiful ice age landscape, which is recognized as a UNESCO Global Geopark. The old farmhouse was modernized in the summer of 2025 with, among other things, new appliances in the kitchen, new beds and duvets as well as an updated bathroom, new flooring in the living room and a wood-burning stove. The house includes a spacious garden room as well as a large garden with a lovely west-facing terrace. The house is located within cycling distance to both the beach, forest and several historical attractions.

Diagonally opposite is a small playground, and within a short distance are a tennis court, golf course, padel court, and swimming pool, as well as beautiful beaches for swimming. This cottage is completely unique with a fantastic panoramic view of the Limfjord. The view can be enjoyed both from the large terrace or the garden room. The cottage is located in a quiet cottage neighborhood, where you can enjoy a great vacation, close to the beach. Limfjorden is very child-friendly to swim in, and the beach is not densely populated. There is a short distance to Lemvig city with good shopping opportunities and restaurants. In addition, close to golf courses and walking distance to the ice house in Gjellerodde.
