Beautiful lawn and several terraces. Space for 4 cars. Within walking distance of shopping, the town center, restaurants, and a walk in the Sødalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground, and within a short distance are a tennis court, golf course, padel court, and swimming pool, as well as beautiful beaches for swimming. The area is filled with hiking trails, there are two bicycles ready for you to experience Thyholm or the two kayaks can take you around the island. You can also pick your own oysters and blue mussels in the water's edge and prepare them while the sun sets over the water
