But Amsterdam's bustling nightlife is also around the corner, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This unique property is a 16th century canal house. With private entrance and exclusive use of two whole floors. The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The seating lounge area is warm and cozy, and has awesome views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. Outside on the deck one has a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.

We prefer hosting non-cannabis smoking guests. Please note that the oven/microwave and the clothingdryer are located in the other part of the house.
